  1. +1 for HelpScout. We migrated to it about 3 months ago and use it for support on both Drip and HitTail. It works great; I’ve enjoyed how it gets out of the way and let’s you handle support via email.

    The in-browser keyboard shortcuts are also amazing, and the fact that I can reply with @ commands from my mobile client and leave notes, assign issues, and close them, is a big win since I often handle things on my iPhone.

    • Thanks for the feedback, Rob! I really need to have another look at their help docs. I didn’t know about the @ commands from email, for example. The way I have my forwarding set up, I only see the emails when I’m in the helpscout browser app, but not in my inbox. It seems I’m doing it wrong!
